There were noticeable issues with employee hygiene, as they appeared disheveled and almost zombie-like. I felt like I was a nuisance to the staff rather than a valued customer. I suggest the owner conduct surprise visits at unexpected times to address these issues.

Although I couldn’t find my initial order on the menu, the drive-thru staff were very friendly and quick to help me find what I needed. I will definitely be returning. Great job, KFC—small acts of kindness make a big difference!

When I got home, there were no fries, no spoon or spork, and no napkins. It’s been a few months since I last visited because they messed up my order. I probably won’t be going back. I paid $13 and felt completely ripped off, especially since they couldn’t get my order right. I've never had this issue at Lee's, who will be getting my business from now on.
