There is plenty of parking and convenient curbside pickup or drive-thru options if you don’t want to park. The restaurant is clean and well-organized. I tried the new chicken sandwich, but to me, it just felt like a piece of chicken rather than a real sandwich. The fries tasted old and cold. That was my experience—I only tried it once and won’t be ordering it again.
I really don’t like this KFC location, though it’s close to my home, so I keep going back. I wish there was another nearby option. Every time I visit, the same two young women at the counter take my order, and their customer service is the rudest I've ever encountered at a fast food place. They act visibly annoyed by my simple requests, speak disrespectfully, throw my receipt, and put my order together carelessly. Despite their behavior being frustrating, I tolerate it because I like the food. After multiple unpleasant visits, I’ve decided to leave a negative review, which is unusual for me. Their poor customer service is so bad that I’d suggest they consider finding another job if they’re unhappy here.
I placed an online order for the chicken sandwich combo. It was supposed to be fried to order, but it definitely didn’t seem that way. Also, they forgot to include my drink with the combo, and I had to ask for it. This location is disappointing. Other KFCs have much better customer service.
I called the restaurant twice to request fresh popcorn chicken and was assured they would have it ready for me while I was on my way to pick up my order. However, when I arrived, I was disappointed to find that I received chopped-up stale chicken tenders instead. It's incredibly frustrating that, despite my clear communication, they ignored my request and provided me with something completely different. This was the reason for my initial calls, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here, as they are unreliable and do not honor customer requests. Moreover, they often close early and deny it when asked. This is, by far, the worst experience I've had at a KFC. Thank you for ruining my lunch—what a letdown. Very unprofessional.
This restaurant needs to be reported to the health authorities. On my way back from Santa Cruz, I went through the drive-thru around 8 PM and received the worst KFC food my family has ever experienced. The oil tasted very old, and the fries were hard. We couldn't eat most of the food and ended up throwing away half of it, giving the rest to the construction workers in our area. KFC should have their license revoked for serving such poor-quality food.
