After... read more I ordered an 8-piece dinner, and it took 25 minutes to prepare. A staff member who barely spoke English mistakenly gave me a sandwich instead of my order. After some time, I finally received my meal, but when I got home, I discovered it was only a 6-piece chicken served with an excessive amount of butter and honey, and there were no biscuits. I was really upset and disappointed. I spent $40 on this experience and will not be coming back to this restaurant.

For the items I order, you simply can't beat it. It looks like they’ve had a full interior renovation, and maybe even new management or ownership—I’m not sure—but the improvements are clear. I've been grabbing lunch to go here once or twice a month for about a year now, and the quality has been consistently excellent for many months. My favorite from the KFC menu is the original recipe dark meat, 2 or 3 pieces, paired with a side of coleslaw or mashed potatoes with gravy. Their sandwich is also quite good. Ordering online is easy, and the food is ready within 5 minutes. Remember, this is KFC—if you want non-meat chicken or trendy grilled options, go to El Pollo Loco instead. If you don’t like KFC, don’t go, but if you’re craving it like I am sometimes, this is the best location around and hasn’t disappointed me for months.
