This is unacceptable. You've definitely lost two customers for good.

I stoo... read more I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. While I was waiting to place my order, a young employee kept his AirPods in and merely stared at me. I stood there for about eight minutes without him taking my order, even though there was only one other customer in the establishment. It might be worth considering not hiring high school students who seem disinterested in their jobs and are just there for the paycheck.

I ordered a drink, and as soon as the staff member entered it into the system, she walked away. When I realized I had ordered the wrong item, I asked if I could make a change since it wouldn’t affect the price and payment hadn’t been processed yet. She just replied, “Nope, you already see it on the screen, don’t you?”

Gabriela, the cashier, was very casual and didn’t acknowledge us, which made the environment feel unwelcoming. I hope this feedback encourages improvement. On the bright side, the smoothie maker was fast, which definitely deserves an extra star.
