That seems more like an i... read more I find the recent complaints about this restaurant quite surprising. Seriously, complaining about having to move up in the drive-thru? That seems more like an issue with authority than anything else. Many of these grievances could have been resolved by simply going inside and addressing them politely. I've visited this location numerous times, and the staff has been wonderful. Are they perfect? No one is, not even me. However, since the new management took over, I’ve noticed a significant improvement! They seem to still be searching for reliable staff and have had a few not-so-great members recently, but the restaurant is clean, and I always receive a friendly smile when I dine there. Jenna, who works in the evenings, is especially fantastic and always willing to help if there's a mistake. Let’s cut these folks some slack; they deal with a lot of frustrated customers and do so with a smile! I just wanted to share some positive vibes for the hardworking team that serves nice customers, even when faced with grumpy ones.

This has happened to me several times and I think the score should drop significantly every time a customer has to pull forward to get their food!!!
