What User doesn't like about Fremont Afghan Kabob:
Food is not bad. Chapli Kabab and Chicken was not spicy but the hot sauce makes up for it. Salad and chick peas were mediocre. The qabli toppings were a $3.44 charge that I need to put on top of the white rice to make it qabli? Gets pretty expensive on Uber at around $20/entree View all feedback. What User likes about Fremont Afghan Kabob:
A good restaurant in Afghani. All we ordered was delicious and in good portions. You will not find the strong taste of spices as you get from other kitchens, but the food was not contaminated in any way. And this is the beauty of Afghan cuisine. They delivered a cool sauce on the side for those who want it, otherwise everyone can try. Watch the Potato Bolani. View all feedback.

We ordered manto, korma kabob and chopan kabob. All of them were delicious. Portions are big enough in which two plates were more than enough for two people.

read moreNestled in the heart of the city, this Afghan restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience that celebrates authentic flavors and generous portions. Guests rave about the tender kabobs, particularly the lamb and chicken, which showcase exceptional cooking techniques and vibrant spices—though some note a mildness that can be enhanced with their signature hot sauce. While the food is consistently praised for its quality—including standout dishes like Qabili Palau and Mantoo—service can be a bit slow. Nevertheless, the warm atmosphere and intriguing decor make it a perfect late-night dining spot, promising a memorable evening for anyone exploring Afghan cuisine.
