When I tried to call in an order they said first time customers have to come in and place their order onsite and then wait another fifteen minutes for it to beprepared. Dude, there’s enough other places in town, if you’re gonna make it hard on me to give you my money, I’m notgonna give you my money.

I used their website to put in an order so they wouldn't have to pay fees the other sites charge, they only saw the order when I came to pick it up so they never made it. Tried using Door Dash to place theorder, still wasn't ready when I went to pick it up, they told me to wait for it and I waited 45 min and I finally went back andtold them to cancel it, they said it was ready but forgot to tell me, they could have texted me because my number was on theorder, they could have completed the Door Dash order. Either way, between the cost of the meal, the tip, and driving overthere, just not worth them not have my order ready 100% of the time.
