Cold Stone Creamery - Fremont

I had a typical Cold Stone experience when I had my ice cream delivered. The ice cream was delicious, but I wish the ratios were more consistent. Mudpie Moho is definitely the winner here.

My son and I were walking by when we caught a whiff of an amazing smell. We both exclaimed, "Wait! Ice cream!" We decided to finish what we were doing and then come back to indulge in the delicious treats. They have a wide variety of fancy ice creams, making it difficult to choose at first. Eventually, I settled on the Banana Caramel, Chocolate Devotion, and Mudd Pie Mojo flavors. Oh my, the ice cream was divine! Each one was so tasty and tempting. They also have outdoor seating where you can enjoy your super yummy ice cream. There is plenty of parking available outside since the shop is located inside the Fremont Hub. I will definitely be returning again and again.

The cashiers and staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly, especially the manager Naz. She went out of her way to help my brother, who has autism, find a flavor he liked by offering him a sample of the delicious pumpkin spice. We had a fantastic experience and a great day overall.

Terrible service today, 9/4/2022 We ordered online and paid in full. Order was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. When arrived, one female employee who works at only one speed, very slow, ignored my husband and continued to help three other customers whocame in well after him. He only received help because he made sure he got her attention. Our order was never processed and wehad to wait even longer for this extremely unprofessional and rude girl to do her job. She never said I'm sorry or thank you.Just rude! Not enjoyable and the ice cream isn't that good either.

Yet again, disappointed with this cold stone?s service and product. This is the 3rd time I ordered a Mud Pie Mojo, and this is the 3rd time the staff forgot to add the fudge!!!! Usually I eat the ice cream there,and I have them add the fudge when Irealize they neglected to add it. Tonight, my husband ordered it from online for pick up. Since they had previously forgotten toadd it, he paid extra for extra fudge to guarantee that they put it in? they didn?t. I don?t know if it?s because they actuallyforgot or if they prefer not to squeeze out the fudge, whatever it is, I will not be revisiting this cold stone.
