The employee, who appeared to be of m... read more I want to share my experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill, where I witnessed a woman being treated rudely by a staff member. The employee, who appeared to be of mixed race, was extremely disrespectful to the customer, who was Middle Eastern. Regardless of background, such behavior is unacceptable. It was the most disrespectful interaction I have ever seen, and it left me feeling upset. The woman returned to speak with management, but none of the staff acknowledged or addressed her concerns. I’m hesitant to return to this restaurant unless this issue is properly resolved. I’m confident that management would not tolerate such conduct. I've always enjoyed the menu at Chipotle, but treatment like this should never happen!

I understand they need time to close, but turning away customers half an hour before closing time feels misleading.
