What James wilson dislikes about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
This might be the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. The management has repeatedly demonstrated their inability to run things effectively. The problem isn't staffing, as I noticed plenty of employees on duty. However, it seems that none of them have received adequate training; it felt like a group of people just wearing Chipotle shirts without knowing what to do. They really need to get their act together. View all feedback.

The burrito at this restaurant was noticeably smaller than what I am used to getting at Chipotle. It also seemed like the price had gone up, but the quantity of food given has decreased significantly.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a burrito bowl with lettuce, chicken, black beans, and fajitas. However, my order arrived with rice, pinto beans, cheese, and watery salsa all mixed together. It was completely unacceptable as it did not have the chicken or guacamole that I paid extra for. When I tried to contact the store for help, there was no assistance available. DoorDash delivered my order correctly, but Chipotle was the one that messed up my entire order.

By 6:30 PM, both on weekdays and weekends, nearly all Chipotles in the area run out of fajitas, guacamole, corn, chicken, and sometimes even salsas. They continue to keep the store open just to sell rice and beans at $11. This has happened multiple times over the past two months. The stores are unclean, and the staff lacks friendliness. New employees often overcharge customers because they are unfamiliar with the system. It's unclear if they are overwhelmed or simply short-staffed. If you want to enjoy a meal, I recommend going before 6 PM.
