Authentic Taiwainese Breakfast at a affordable pricing. Ordered the Tuna Crepe Taiwainese Milk Tea Staff were welcoming and the garlic sweet sauce for the Crepe was the highlight! Brought me back to Taiwan for a second ??

I came here as a pit stop, so I don 't live close to here, BUT I really do crave their sandwiches sometimes... They have a online ordering system and a kiosk or in-person cashier for in-store ordering which I thought was very convenient. The store itself has a lot of seating, so it 's pretty comfortable to eat your food if you decide to dine in. The prices are very affordable and the food is delicious. Their food really reminded me of Hong Kong, that nostalgic/comfort feeling when I first entered the store to eating the food. I got their specialty sandwich and an iced milk tea. The meal was super affordable and very filling! VERY solid and affordable meal in my opinion. If I 'm ever back in Fremont I will definitely stop by again, but I 'd recommend this cafe to anyone that enjoys the HK cafe experience/food! :)Ig: hangymaysies

The place was pretty packed when we arrived but people come and go quickly so we were able to find a seat right after ordering. They had a self order kiosk, but you could also order with a person right when you walk in. The food tasted pretty average, I had high expectations but feel like it lacked a bit of flavor? Also found MULTIPLE hairs in our food. Honestly, I'm usually not shocked finding hairs in food lol but more than once is crazy especially since they are all mostly wearing hair nets.

One of my coworkers recommended Cafe Mei to me I had heard such amazing things about their taro pork sung sandwiches so I was so eager to try. I came my first time with a friend and the taro pork sung sandwich exceeded my expectations the sweetness of the creamy taro and the savory pork sung was the best combo! So of course I had to come back and brought my family as well and they all loved it too! It's a warm and cute cafe and the owner is also really sweet. I'll definitely be coming back to Cafe Mei again and again!

I get my hair done near here, and I always make sure to arrive early so I can grab their sandwiches. The atmosphere and taste here reminds me of Shenzhen bakery style breakfast places super strongly. Highly recommend!
