Arby's - Fremont

The woman at the front window was quite rude and gave us a very unpleasant look. This happened around 2-3 PM. She didn’t hand us our straws, and my sweet grandma kindly asked her if we could have them. The woman replied that she had given us straws, which she hadn’t, and continued to wear a nasty expression. The customer service was terrible; if you don’t enjoy your job or working with people, perhaps you should consider a different profession, as no one deserves to be treated like that. She handed us the straws roughly, and her attitude was just awful afterward. Shaking my head at this experience.

Food is alright, service is pretty good and it's only a little slow but all around fine

I had to wait a little for my food since they were understaffed, but everything was served hot and fresh. Service was for takeout, and I dined for dinner. The price per person was between $30 and $50. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 and the service a 4. I highly recommend trying the Beef 'N Cheddar and the Roast Beef.
