Crystal Arbors Catering & Banquet Hall

I was here for a banquet the school had in May 2023. Breakfast was served for the meal. The decor was on trend and not overly done. Tables were set neatly, 8 place settings per table. The tablecloth kept wrapping around our feet and legs, my husband tripped and he wasn’t even wearing heels like me. Lol While the tablecloth was pretty, it wasn’t very functional.When the speaker was talking it was difficult to hear them because of the microphone. Someone eventually tinkered with it and we were able to hear what was said. My suggestion would be to test it out prior to using it with your audience.Breakfast was good. They served pancakes, french toast sticks, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit. There weren't any bowls or smaller plates to put the fruit in. So many people didn't take the fruit for that reason. There wasn't any butter for the pancakes or french toast. My husband and son said that the eggs and meats were good. I liked the pancakes, but the french toast was very dry. They offered different options for drinks. I had a coffee. It was good tasting coffee, but they didn't offer real sugar, just that pink stuff. The lines moved quickly and they didn't run out of anything.The problem I had with how they cleared the tables is that it was disgusting. A person came to each table and asked for the plates. She had gloves on. She didn't have a tub or tray, so she had both of her hands filled with plates and the other hand full of silverware. She went to each table people passing their silverware to her hand. When she couldn't grasp anymore she went back to the kitchen. When I tell you that it was nasty, I mean it was gross. My husband even said something,and he never notices things like that.I will say that the chairs were comfortable and it was spread out well. There was a lot of people but I didn't feel claustrophobic at all. I like that the bathrooms are right off the main floor but closed behind a door. So you don't hear anything from the bathrooms. The facility was very clean and smelled nice. There's lots of natural light and the decor is nice. The plates used were great quality and it never got soggy from the syrup. I'd love to come back and give an update because I'm certain with a few adjustments this hall could be one of the best in our town.

Today we had, a new grilled cheese sandwich. not even on the menu yet. I would like to say it was awesome sandwich.

Just ordered the SW chicken wrap. First the delicious smell on the way home was driving me nuts. The taste was even better than the smell. One of the best chicken wraps I’ve ever had!

They catered a funeral lunch for my Grandpa and the food was outstanding. Staff was extremely friendly and very easy to work with. They made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend!
