Great food, super fresh and tasty, love the authentic Bahn Mi!  can't beat the personality of the owner, Marcus either- love supporting Perth small business's !  catch him around town, you won't regret it!

I had the saigon soulfood team cater a small party of mine and everything went flawlessly from the service to the food! I would recommend them highly as they were also very reasonably priced.

Had the pulled pork over waffle fires. It was great. Pork was exactly how it should be, tender, buttery goodness and loads of smokey flavor. I would look out for these guys again

I visited the Saigon Soul Food truck at the Unwined festival in Perth over the weekend. I got their Banh Mi. I've never had one before but I had heard of them so I was very keen to try. Boy, they didn't disappoint. Coming from someone who LOVES bread, this baguette was very satisfying. It was crispy, but soft. Toasted, but fresh. It was filled with fresh crunchy salads such as carrot, cabbage and cucumber. I chose to have pork belly in mine, but you also have the option of chicken. The pork belly is barbecued so it has a distinct grilled taste. On the bottom is a crunchy peanut type sauce. It's thick with bits of actual peanuts in it. When I ordered the Banh Mi, the guy behind the counter asked if I wanted "The full experience" But I asked for it without the chilli sauce as I'm not that great with chilli. While I was eating it, though, I realised the chilli sauce would have really brought it all together. But, with or without the sauce, it was still a delicious baguette.
