3 people on sale behind the counter, it seems correct. Only on Sunday morning, market day, 1 salesman at the cashier, 1 who washed the trays and the 3rd with his hand broom. And during this time, customers are waiting. Too bad. Michèle BARTHELEMY
I chose two different pies a few days apart (large format), one with mirabelles and the other with plums. They were both appreciated by the guests. Bravo to the pastry chef
