I... read more Came here around 18h00 for dinner, but dinner wasn't served until 19.30. The waiter recommended us to have a drink on the lounge area to wait for dinner time. It took a long time before the drinks were served, but the view made it all good. Around 19h30, when we were even more hungry, we asked the waiter if we could have dinner. He said that he didn't have any place available, but had to discuss with his manager. Strange that he recommended us to wait, while he didn't have a table available for us. He finaly arranged a table for us, but we only got 1 menu for the two of us. The reason for this was that he didn't have enough menu's for the complete restaurant, while the restaurant was only for 20% full. We decided to leave before ordering food, due to the fact that the server was very arrogant and not customer friendly.

It takes a lot for us to like a place for lunch and dinner (although not on same day) as most restaurants are geared for one or the other, but this is one place... read more It takes a lot for us to like a place for lunch and dinner (although not on same day) as most restaurants are geared for one or the other, but this is one place to go at anytime of the day. This is not a fast food place, if that is what you want there are plenty of those over the road, this is a place where you go and chill over a drink and have something to eat. It is very relaxed, staff are great and food whilst limited is great. If u have not booked and there is not a table free u like then just grab a drink on the beach and when that table is ready they come and get you. Brilliant idea, and it works. We have visited twice during this trip so far and can recommend the salads and fish dishes. So if you are looking for great food in a fantastic location on the beach and want to chill for a couple of hours , this is a place to go.

We found a table at this beach restaurant and had a tasty if somewhat expensive lunch. To start, we enjoyed half a dozen oysters with brown bread and a raspberry & shallot sauce (very tasty) along with a basket of fried calamari, squid and shrimps (a bit bland). Our main courses were classic fish and chips along with grilled sea bass, filleted at the table and served with an assortment of rice and veggies (all very good). Service was a little patchy but not too bad considering how busy the place was. Prices were what you’d expect at a trendy beachfront restaurant.

The weather was perfec... read more We have been to this restaurant 3 times before and we weren't disappointed today. We had a lovely lunch, both having the gorgeous salads. The weather was perfect riviera blue skies, 25 deg and a light breeze so after lunch we took two of the sun beds and left at 5 30! The service was very good, friendly and not as some of the previous reviews have said. Maybe it depends on the staff on the day but we had a waiter that we have had before so good continuity with staff. The location is stunning and it has the advantage of nothing either side on the beach unlike the beach restaurants in Cannes. We ended the day with a cocktail, I had the non alcoholic Havana Banana which was delicious. Definitely a must on that stretch of the Riviera. We will go again on our next visit.
