Micha immediately took care of me and I was allowed to test various wheels extensively. When buying I was again advised for a long time and patiently included sound measurement. That's exactly how the wheel transfer went. Micha explained the wheel to me in detail and Julia set it perfectly to me. You only notice that the entire Velosoph team works with passion. Unlimited recommendation!

But after extensive and very patient advice, I decided to use an engraving bike from the brand Bombtrack. Since I've never been driving a Gravelbike, one has been provided to me for a few days. But it did not only stay with good advice incl. Bikefitting, but also during the handover everything was perfectly adapted so that the bike fun could start immediately. For me everything has been done here and I can recommend Velosoph unrestricted - more so. Here the customer orientation is really great.
