Very friendly and efficient service. Uncomplicated and good.

This is a Marriott buffet, no longer a nice German restaurant. 30 euros per plate for machine generated espressos and half the Bavarian plates not even kept stocked. Don't waste the trip.

I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at the Molkerei restaurant twice, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! Although it is primarily a hotel restaurant, they also welcome outside customers, which was a delightful surprise in Freising area. The open buffet breakfast was truly exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I didn 't know such a fantastic breakfast experience was possible in Freising—it felt like a hidden gem! A special mention to Angelika, who was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit. Her warm hospitality and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. You just walk around and she understands that you search for a spoon, for example. :D Funny, but also very heart touching. You just think about omlet and suddenly she comes and asks like yesterday, I think you would prefer me to freshly prepare omlet now for you. It was very good hospitality. She ensured everything was perfect, and her cheerful demeanor added a personal touch to the meal and made a good smile on customer faces. I didn 't expect such high level of personalized service. I highly recommend Molkerei restaurant for anyone looking for an excellent breakfast in Freising. I’ll definitely be back!

We had the breakfast buffet while staying at the Marriott. Surprisingly, the food quality and selection were much better than we expected. Caroline was the friendliest of the waitstaff and extremely helpful when I asked if I could bring food back to our room she brought out a tray for me to use and let me temporarily use a table to stage my plates. The egg station (staffed by the 2nd nice staff member) allows you to custom order your eggs. We enjoyed the salmon lox, smoked trout, the variety of German (cooked, cured, and dried) sausages and cheeses, sautéed mushrooms and cut fruit (pineapple was very sweet and pink grapefruit was excellent, whereas melon not as ripe/sweet). Not all of the baked goods were terrific, but they were all passable skip the cinnamon rolls, but muffins generally better. The self serve espresso machine was easy to use (but I wish that the milk was frothed warmer) and they do provide to go cups as well. I saw the staff keep the serving utensils clean and check that the food was presentable. Cleanliness is very important to me and that’s very much appreciated).
