However, I was expecting you to... read more The ambience is very nice, the food is good. When cleared, the knife landed in semi-finished colaglass. That looked very funny. However, I was expecting you to apologise now, immediately clean the table, bring a new cola or maybe even offer a dessert to the house. Just showing a good deal with this misfortune. Unfortunately, only wordless the glass was cleared. The shards remained simply lying only after request they were removed and the table was wiped off. When a muttered “Scusa” came, I thought it was a lack of language knowledge and explained my discontent in Italian. No reaction. The German waiter was also completely immune to our outrage. When paying, we pointed out again that only half of the cola could be drunk generously, the whole glass was not calculated. Misfortunes happen, but dealing with it divides a residual araunt into an excellent, or a grottenbad. Anyway, I can't make a recommendation.

Here too, disinfectants are provided and, if appropriate, Shopping trolleys are particularly cleaned.
