When 17.30 approached we were told they were booked up and would nt serve drinks only Amazing!! Thought hospitality was trying to recover . Sorry but you ve blown it for us . This restaurant needs to review what image it currently wants to portray . ……….location isn’t everything!

On the... read more My friend and I stopped by the Rössli at 18:00 yesterday to round off a very pleasant afternoon in Rapperswil with a quick aperitif before heading home. On the terrace were only 6 people and many tables were not yet set for dinner. The waiter told us because we had not reserved there was no availability. 20 free tables?? We only wanted to stay for about half an hour. Quite honestly he gave me the impression he could not be bothered so we were very disappointed with the hospitality shown. We certainly won’t be coming back another time.
