But you forget all that as soon as you take the first bite of this fabulous food. There is a “Germanized menu” for all those not so brave and an (as far as I can tell) authentic menu “traditional Chinese dishes”. There is an incredibly large selection of dishes here. I've been to PIN Kitchen a thousand times and tried almost all of the dishes. I haven't eaten anything that wasn't good yet. My personal favorites are for the brave ones: Beef stomach with vegetables and pork tongue salad (cold) and for those who prefer something less freaky (or rather vegetarian): Spicy Cabbage
