Why Bolero is supposed to be a Mexican restaurant, I don 't know. My first adventure here involved a Mexican chicken and rice dish. I got some poorly cooked rice with a chicken drumstick and some kind of strange tomato sauce/salsa wannabe. I decided not to come back again.
