Top!! Went here for the first time today and it was really tasty. Price is right and I'll definitely come back again ;

The price of the burgers was in the same class as a John's Burger, without tomatoes, cucumbers or anything else that goes on a burger. Definitely not comparable to the pictures here in other reviews. There was a lonely lettuce leaf on it. Sauce? None. Patty? Completely fried frozen patty. You had to look for cheddar. The burger tasted indefinable, like nothing. A wasteland of dead fried meat on a bit of green. Really pointless. Chili cheese fries were soggy with no cheese, just chili. Again, no sign of sauce, just chili on soggy fries. We ordered €20 per person and were just disappointed. You can save money here. Half eaten burger, threw away fries. Conclusion tl/dr: Never again! Edit reply to reply: What nonsense is being written here. Incredible. My neighbors saw the trash... They certainly don't rummage through my trash and know how to behave in the opposite way. The trash cans are locked behind a heavy steel door and are not accessible to the public. Did the ONE Family perhaps break in and dive into the container to make a statement? To bother us in the middle of the night with repeated ringing on the phone and to try to ban us from a Google review is just audacious. (Un)funnily enough, we found a raw, broken egg in our mailbox the following day. After we were forced to delete it, which of course we didn't do... Coincidence? What a mess. By the way, doxxing or the unauthorized publication of your identity by third parties is prohibited in Germany according to 126a StGB! This is dangerous dissemination of personal data. There was zero decency shown here and certainly no recognition that a paying customer was obviously dissatisfied. On the contrary. Bananas were thrown around like in a monkey stable. It remains. The food was cold, mushy, inadequately topped for the price and certainly not of the advertised quality. Whether this agrees with other reviews is irrelevant. Maybe it's different at the stand. In any case, the food we ordered was terrible and would not be recommended to anyone. Money wasted, nothing was offered to somehow get the incident out of the world. So it's just unprofessional and can't be surpassed in terms of audacity. The ridiculous answer here just confirms that... everyone should ask themselves whether they would rather eat here or give the money to someone who understands their job and customer satisfaction.
