I ordered two sandwiches: a ham hero with everything and a honey turkey with everything. However, all I received were the cold cuts and mayo. In most delis, when you order a ham hero with everything, they automatically include cheese, lettuce, and tomato. This is the downside of ordering from a deli on Long Island. This mistake would never have happened in my hometown of Brooklyn. View all feedback.
