Had my wedding here and could not have asked for a better venue. My wife and I dealt with Matt and he made everything we asked for come true. Going on a month later and we're still receiving calls and texts regarding how much people loved the hall and the food. Can't recommend SGM enough. View all feedback.

This review is based solely off an email interaction I had with Matthew. I sent in a request on their website for more information and informed them that we are expecting a smaller wedding. Instead of explaining that their minimums are typically higher and giving those numbers, I was brushed off and told simply and shortly that they “do not conduct weddings of that size.” Apparently my inquiry wasn’t even worth his t... Everything for my niece's wedding was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! All members of the staff were professional and met the needs of every guest. The food was AMAZING, and they had vegan options?. I highly recommend this venue. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
Absolutely amazing wedding venue! We got married here on June 16 and can’t say enough good things about South Gate. Chris and Matt always went above and beyond for us from day one and their staff was amazing! Our guests cannot stop talking about the food and how beautiful everything was! Thank you to everyone at South Gate we love you guys so much and are so thankful we picked you!
South Gate Manor is THE BEST VENUE in the tristate area! My husband and I had the privilege of having our wedding here March 12, 2023. Everything was 5 stars from the food to the customer service. Our guests were extremely pleased and even took business cards to host future events here. Matthew and Chris, thank you again for going above and beyond in making our most important day the most unforgettable experience ever! If we can give you 10 stars we would! My Husband and I just had our wedding at South Gate this past Sunday 5/28. We cannot say enough how AMAZING this venue is. First off, Matt and Chris are incredible!! They are SO responsive and they were so amazing from day 1. The Maître D, Bobby was INCREDIBLE!! He went above and beyond for me and my family. He was the sweetest person and he was always there for anything I needed. He was the absolute best! Joy, the Bridal Attendant was also INCREDIBLE! She was with me the entire time, and made sure that everything was great. I literally don't have the words to say how AMAZING this venue is. If you are debating having any kind of event here RUN don't walk!! 10/10!!!!! South Gate Manor made my wedding absolutely incredible and I couldn't be happier!!!

THEN BOOK!!!!lolMy wife and I got married here on Cinco de Mayo 2023...the place is gorgeous,,the outside is phenomenal, the food is impeccable..The Marino family assisted us from start to finish with nothing more than overwhelming hospitality...They really made the some times stressful events of planning a wedding actually stressless.. Thier attendants were the best my family and friends have experienced...if you need a vendor for flowers , music, photos, videos, they got it covered..Now BOOK IT.AND TELL THEM THE Curry's sent ya!!!!#get it done#happyplace#bestinjersey
