Chipotle Mexican Grill
Description
Chipotle's reputation has undergone significant fluctuations recently. Some diners lament missing ingredients, smaller portions, and even incorrect orders, leading to dissatisfaction and concerns over management's impact on staff morale and food quality. However, not all feedback is negative; certain locations show promising improvements, with timely service and well-prepared meals. Patrons have noted cleaner dining environments and attentiveness from employees, highlighting a contrast to the struggles faced by others. Ultimately, while some locations falter, others seem to be on the path to reclaiming Chipotle's once-stellar reputation through consistent quality and customer care.

June 2022: Positive Changes at Freehold! I want to share my recent experiences with the Freehold Chipotle, as I've noticed some significant improvements during my last three takeout visits, typically around 7-8 PM on weeknights. Each time, my orders were ready as promised, and the food was fresh with everything included— they even remembered the chips each time! Moreover, I was pleased to see that the trash inside the restaurant wasn't overflowing, and everyone dining seemed to be enjoying their time there. Well done!
I used to love going to Chipotle, but they have changed for the worse in the past year. If you order a salad, you won't get the dressing. In fact, expect missing ingredients, smaller portions, and even meat and cheese in a vegan dish. It seems like the management is to blame, as Chipotle has lost its original culture. The employees appear unhappy and it doesn't seem like anyone cares about the quality of their work.
I enjoy Chipotle, but this specific location frequently mixes up our orders or messes up the ingredients. It's not significantly cheaper than other nearby options to warrant the inconvenience.
I used to love going to Chipotle, but they have changed for the worse in the past year. If you order a salad, don't expect to get the dressing with it. Missing ingredients, small portions, and even meat and cheese in vegan dishes have become common occurrences. It seems like the management is at fault for the decline in quality. The staff seem unhappy and lack attention to detail in their work. Overall, Chipotle has lost its culture.
