After I signed the receipt, I tried to give him the copy he needed, but he snatched the paper from my hand and even pulled my finger when I reached out to return his pen. After he left, I called to speak to the manager, but the manager was dismissive. I asked to speak to someone higher up, but every time I did, I was told that they wouldn't be available for weeks.
