Mcdonald's - Freeburg

Best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I’ve been all over. I’ve lived up this way for about 6yrs. Never had my order messed up, super awesome employees super fast. I’m not sure who runs it but they do a hell of a job hiring great ppl. No matter what time you go there ppl working there are always happy and actually seem to like their job. This means a lot in fast food. I appreciate the kindness and it goes a long way. Thanks for making my mornings great w my lg coffee with chocolate syrup lots of ice ?….Great job Freeburg!!

They decide to not give me the amount of sweet and sours I asked for, take a long time , and give me no ice in my drink, never have good service

I usually go there anytime between 5am and 1:30pm. I most usually have great food, and service. There are some times when I don’t have a great smiley face but their turnover is so bad.

Was a good visit between 5am-1:30pm. Only odd thing was a female staff member was sweeping and cleaning customers tables and floors while they were still sitting in the space. Odd and rude.Would really like more healthy options like they use to offer such as Shaker Salads, Grilled Chicken Wrap...

Complete incompetence at every turn. 4 people working, I was parked. Once I was parked not one of the 4 people knew what my order was. Ir was likely given to a wrong car. So it seems that could be fixed in 10 minutes. Not with the people working at 9pm on 9/20. After waiting 20 minutes I drove back to the window. Still I have to repeat my order. So being frustrated, I asked fir my money back. Instead if giving me that, the person in charge felt it was a better idea to engage in insulting me personally. Again, instead of refunding my money, she shouted insults at me while other customers are behind me. She in fact bragged that she was allowed to act that way if she was offended. I would love for her supervisor to contact me and verify that I eat there frequently and only recently has this been a problem. Cashier Ellie is often rude and I have witnessed her vaping while taking food to cars. 9/18 between 9-10pn if you 'd like to see. Don 't eat here if you need your food in under 30 minutes. Also while trying to get my refund, they asked for a receipt. Hilarious. Usually they ask if you 'd like one in a tone of voice that conveys they really don 't want to take the extra step and provide the receipt, so I decline. As I said, terrible experience. I work in restaurant industry. Someone should really reexamine the person in charge last night, and if they are fit for their current role.
