I had a very unpleasant experience at Casey's due to a rude blonde-haired employee. She repeatedly served other customers before me because I was trying to avoid the busy walkway and she insisted I wasn't in line. Then, she openly talked about me to a group of customers, saying, "Oh, we get all kinds of customers here." When I finally asked for cigarettes at the counter, she rang me up and immediately moved on to the next person without offering a thank you or giving me a receipt. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off from visiting Casey's or trying their menu again.

I walked in to buy a case of beer, and as I approached the counter, a heavyset man who looked to be around 35 greeted me with an extremely rude attitude. He raised his voice to announce that he needed to scan my ID in a condescending way and treated me as if I were completely insignificant. While I stood there waiting, he started chatting with his coworkers and completely ignored me. To make matters worse, when I handed him five one-dollar bills and a ten, he responded in an incredibly rude tone, saying, "You give me ones, and I'll give you pennies," and then handed me just one penny. I had my ID ready at the counter and didn't even say a word to him. I won't be returning unless absolutely necessary; I'd much rather drive across town to the Quick Trip instead.

I just popped in for a soda and everything went smoothly. One of the doors is covered with plywood due to a car accident, but other than that, it was exactly what you'd expect from Casey's.
