Excellent service from the time our party of 3 walked in on a busy Friday evening at 7 until our desserts were finished. And the food was perfect. I had Combination Saltada, Husband had Paella and friend had Seafood Soup. Fried Ice Cream, Chocolate Mousse and a third for Husband that I can't remember. All delicious!Highly recommend.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the location is perfect. We've had everything queso, fajitas. chile relleno, roasted chicken, Paella Velanciana, margaritas, Sangria, fried ice cream, chocolate mousse, and the churro bowl, just to name a few things of the top of my head, and they've all

The shrimp and chicken enchiladas were delivered nice and hot and were so delicious. We did not leave any food on our plate. The Sweet Frozen Margaritas were heavenly and tasted great! The service was impeccable. Food and drinks were delivered fast and there was always someone checking on us. The decor is very festive and inviting. Make your way to Cacique and enjoy the dining experience

You'll be immediately greeted with the smell of steak, shrimp, and lime..... it's divine. My only complaint is that or steak and groundbeef entries were slightly overcooked, but the flavors were amazing. The sides were fresh, and the chips and house made salsawere tasty. The staff, though busy, were friendly and helpful. The drinks were well made and my double came with the extra shoton the side (a nice touch). If you're in Frederick and craving Mexican or Spanish food give thus place a shot!
