Made my first visit, after driving by many times over the years, and was glad I did. They have a full deli, but I only wanted to try the Swiss cheeses made in-house, so I bought a chunk of the four they had available. I loved them all. Fairview Swiss Cheese is a hidden gem. The staff is always friendly and the prices can't be beat. I buy all of my cold cuts from FSC. Simply the best!

Nice and very friendly people! Love to them. My personal favorites are pre made pizza bread, Fairview swiss and honey ham.
We were driving by and decided to stop. Got some turkey breast, Swiss Cheese and also tried the Garlic Cheese. Garlic Cheese was quite good. Made a couple Toasted Cheese sandwiches with it.
Their Swiss cheese is fantastic. The ladies at the counter are helpful and courteous.
