The trip with three kids was really cozy, we ate on the boat and in the quiet harbour of the evening the kids prayed for 6 hours crazy but they liked it. The hotel's Scandinavian is great, but a little crowded at the buff table! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Scandic The Reef:
However, fine, renovated rooms lacked a drinking glass and asked for it at the reception, they would come up with one, which never came. Bad. Lack of shoe. The IBadet is nice, fun for the kids. the restaurant inside the swimming landscape is bad. bought a chicken salad, never tasted so dry chicken, really gruesome, and then I am not the crass! It was expensive, not worth it. The breakfast buffet thought I was good, t... View all feedback.
I guess the primary reason to stay here is because of the waterpark. The room was nice and clean, fairly modernized with room for up to 4 people at a reasonable price. The waterpark is really cosy but not that big, yet we spent 8 hours in there. Beware of the pricy food eat well before you go there.
Super delicious risotto, the kid food was really nothing to shout hurra for. Tryed both over salted frikadellers as tasted as buy-frikadeller, and spaghetti bolo as us was a dry experience. To give 129kr for it, is a little boring... The animal place, but the adult food was okay.
Super cozy experience. From their Waterpark I took advantage of the most their outdoor jacuzzi which was heavenly and with the cold weather. However, it was somewhat strange that it was otherwise fine food that the restaurant served was salted too hard. It was very unusual, because you could otherwise have been some good meals besides all the salt.
Scandic The Reet Hotel Frederikshavn. Have only heard about this place very good about this place.
Nice hotel and bathingland where we could get away from everyday trummerum. We had two nights and spent the whole midday in bathingland. Absolutely the best seaside! We enjoyed ourselves in all the different pools. Did drink and a little to eat and then we shred in the various spa/boble pools, wave pool and outdoors. We will definitely come again. The only thing I was missing was information on parking that we had to stay and bath on the day of departure and dining options at the hotel in the evening. Fx then Calypso completely closed.
