Familjärt och enkelt. Meny består av två huvudrätter och tre efterrätter. Vacker dukning med äkta benporslin och silverbestick.
We found this little gem last summer and we visited it again this month. We came for dinner and the menu card looked tempting with the following four main courses of the day: Fried plaice (rødspætte), fried haddock (kuller); fish cake (fiskefrikadeller) and chicken. We chosed the haddock fried in new butter, and it was served on a hot plate with new potatoes (Mariska sort), peas and light cooked cauliflower (al dente). Clear, melted butter served as the sauce. The fish was very fresh and fried to perfection and the other ingredients cooked perfect too. An excellent meal. There is a good selection of local beers and an extensive wine card. The are cake of the day and desserts made of fresh fruits. This restaurant only use the highest quality of ingredients of which most products are of local origin. The preparation of food follows also highest standards. Menu changes frequently depending on availability of the best ingredients. The prices are modest and the service friendly and prompt. You can sit indoor or in the garden. The hotel and food has an authentic 1970 atmosphere from the time before fast food was invented. The restaurant is open 1st June to 30the August daily from 7 AM (breakfast); lunch (12 14) and dinner (18 20). Table reservation is recommended.
Hotel Inger, it is located in Hulsig yellowwash and super cozy just after the roundabout. I ate lunch and should just say it was a super unique experience and the food is absolutely not standard. It was a flavor that you do not forget right away. Don't miss yourself for the nicest food.
Fabulous kitchen! We were 6 people and got all red nights with new potatoes, butter sauce and cranberry compote served on plates of size with a dish. The fish tasted disgusting, and was perfectly fried and prepared. For dessert homemade cranberries and strawberries/rabarberg red with thick and lovely cream. The cutest operation, so 5 stars from here to this bead. Old Day, but in the good way!
Absolutely fantastic little hotel! Run by a couple and their daughter, everything is very family friendly and nice. For example, we were sitting in the common room in the evening and the owner came in and said that they were going to bed now, but that we were welcome to stay. Then she showed us where to turn off the lights and asked us to blow out the candles before we left. The food was delicious and traditionally Danish for breakfast you got a personal small plate with scrambled eggs and bacon which they cooked to order (except for the breakfast buffet itself then). Dinner consisted of the best fried plaice I've ever eaten, with traditional side dishes. The rooms were perfectly fine, but the atmosphere and the overall experience make it a clear five! It was like stepping into the Badhotellet from the TV series, albeit with 70s decor. Highly recommend!
