Super hyggeligt sted, med en skøn afslappet atmosfære. Rigtig hyggelig have og lækker mad til fornuftige priser.

We celebrated my parental jubilee at hjorths. the originally ordered starter was not available, but chef peter apologized and offered us instead a lobster starter. it followed one of the best dishes I ever had. the combination of ingredients as well as the different textures and coatings was really star-shaped and something that every gourmet temple of the world would really be proud of. I was never happier that a court I ordered was not available! we returned two times during our stay in Denmark and each time when the menu was excellent, but above all the appetizers and the sauces were absolutely wonderful! chef peter not only matched our expectations but lifted the bar to a completely different level. his personal note and explanations on the table side in English were also very appreciated. our diners were even stronger from the excellent waiting staff. above all murder in the dining room made our experience in hjorths not only fun and thoroughly enjoyable, but rather to remember something. at our first dinner the bottle we wanted to order was not on stock, but hjorths weinliste had many good alternatives. at our second dinner in hjorths morten managed to secure a bottle of wine that we had originally ordered and had them waiting for us. all his recommendations were absolutely spot on and increases the entire menu. we would like to thank murder and chef peter for three really amazing dinners and evenings in hjorths and really hope to see them on our next trip to Denmark in
