When I saw there was a croissant-like pastry and banana cake for vegans. Of course, her delicious bread was vegan and it was possible to get vegan butter for what was very nice. View all feedback.
Vegan bakeries are hard to find in Copenhagen so I was glad to find this place at least had some options available. The day I went, there was a banana chocolate cake (available as whole cake or by slice) and some type of sesame-covered sweet Danish pastry. We had both and they were absolutely delicious but it would be good if they increased the number of vegan options. Update: I went back the following day and they had at least 7-8 more delicious vegan pastries, slices and cakes. My advice is go earlier in the day before they sell out! When I visted, there was one croissant-like pastry and banana cake for vegans. Of course, their delicious bread was vegan and it was possible to get vegan butter for that, which was very nice.
Extremely tasty bread AND the best vegan pastry i have ever had. Hutelihut!
So many vegan options here: pastries, cakes, bread, sandwiches and everything is clearly marked. It tastes amazing and the café is very cozy.
