I enjoy her ice from time to time and had her gluten friendly and milk-free bread and it was good! as others mentioned, it has great possibilities for cross-pollution tho! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Happy Baker:
they can go sandwiches on their gluten-free brot, as well as brot, rolls and muffins. some of the best brote I have ever had, but definitiw a great opportunity for cross-contamination, as the bakery especially for regular bakery and brot. View all feedback.
I definitely enjoy their ice cream from time to time and have had their gluten friendly and dairy free bread and it was good! Like others have mentioned it has big opportunities for cross contamination tho!
You can get sandwiches on their gluten free bread, as well as bread, buns and muffins to go. Some of the best bread I’ve ever had but definitely a big opportunity for cross contamination as the bakery is predominantly for regular baked goods and bread.
I contacted the bakery and was told, “Unfortunately, we have a gluten friendly environment. Our products are not considered gluten free since we use the same equipment and same work areas. Flour gets everywhere, and no matter how careful we are cleaning there will be cross contamination. I'm sorry we can't accommodate you.”
2 locations but only has GF baking on Thursdays. They also have a stand at the Northside mkt
This restaurant is excellent for their cakes, cookies, and breads. However, their sandwiches are lacking in quantity of meat and are overly heavy on the mayo. They could benefit from adding more flavors to their sandwiches, such as pickles, Italian dressing, and a variety of sauces. The garlic aioli didn't taste like garlic at all, it tasted like plain mayo.
