With a dedicated vegan menu, I am excited to try every dish! I have already enjoyed the drunken noodles and pad thai, both of which featured the most delicious tofu I have ever tasted. The food was incredibly flavorful and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. This is now my go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Number One Noodle:
We ordered a take-out meal from Saigon Noodle on a recent trip to Fredericton. We were pleased to see a separate vegan menu with a number of choices in a city lacking in vegan restaurant options. The dishes were heavy on the tofu which was a bit dry but overall the food tasted good. Unfortunately Saigon Noodle is located a bit outside of a really neat downtown area. View all feedback.

I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. The vegan pho is excellent and the pad thai is addicting. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I wish I could eat here every day.
So happy they have a separate vegan menu, I go in the regular with the sweet curry noodles, but we have quite some dinge tried and it's all delicious. the crispy tofu is heavenly. personal is always super friendly and very beautiful environment.
We recently dined at this restaurant and had the vegan pad thai with tofu and vegan creamy curry noodles with tofu. We were impressed by the freshness and high quality of the ingredients. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful with vegan options, with a dedicated vegan section on the menu that was clearly marked. The seasonings were also vegan-friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant and although a bit pricey, we will definitely be returning. Our total bill was around $43 for both dishes. We highly recommend this place!
Food was good, tasty salad role sauce. Only thing that sucks is the 16$ pad Thai has an additional 3$ charge if you want tofu. Rad that they have a separate vegan menu
