Express St-hubert - Fredericton

The food was amazing, I really liked the chicken wings, also the peri-peri double chicken leg and half chicken was really good. It is worth the money and the quality is outrageous. The store was really clean and the staff was really helpful and proactive.

They simply forgot to make our meal. We were there for over an hour, watching people who came in after us get their meals before us. We had to go to the counter, and even then they denied forgetting our order. That lie is the reason for the 1 star review. If the server simply admitted their mistake and apologized, I would not be writing this review. But she doubled down and got mad at me for correctly pointing out that they forgot our order, making it one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I will never be a patron to this establishment ever again, and I suggest you do the same.

Wouldn't recommend for hygienic reasons. Once I went inside and saw that the restaurant was very dirty (garbage and food on surfaces, spills, and my shoes stuck to the floor) I didn't want to eat what I'd ordered. Was going to try the plant based meal but it looked overcooked and like it had been sitting out for a while, anyway.

Absolutely loved my experience here! I had an incredible experience thanks to the amazing manager, Bianca. She went above and beyond to ensure that my St Burger was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I was impressed by the spotless cleanliness of the bathrooms. The icing on the cake was the cold and refreshing fruitopia (as it seems there’s a shortage everywhere else). St Hubert Express sets the bar high with their exceptional service and attention to detail. Kudos to Bianca and the entire team for creating such a wonderful dining experience!

Excellent food, the Indian style chicken was absolutely delicious. Great service, very friendly staff! Staff checked on us multiple times to ensure that we were satisfied with our meal, you don’t get that often at fast food restaurants.
