I really enjoy Pita Pit, but I have never had my order prepared correctly at this particular location. There is always something missing, like the extra meat that I paid for, or my drink/side. Sometimes the wrong ingredients, like cheese, are used. This has happened every time I have ordered from here, so I would caution anyone with allergies to be aware that they may not accommodate them. Food was delicious, service was a bit slow. Overall it was a great lunch
Not a great time. Waited at the speaker for 2 minutes just to say my pita toppings. Got to the window and waited for at least 5 minutes to even be greeted. Service was sub-par and the worst part is that it was $18 for a small smoothie and a small pita. Unreal! Then I get home to eat my pita and it was on whole wheat (I asked for white) and it was toasted (when I said “no” to it being toasted). Just overall unpleasant experience today.
Drive thru very disrespectful workers even they charge me more than regular .
Poor understanding of my order, habdling money with gloves then handling food with the same gloves he handled money.
Paid $20 for a small pita, pita chips and vitamin water. my veggies were on the grill less than 30 seconds and neither them nor my meat was even remotely warm. The portions were super small for what you get. Even for a small pita. And let's be real, pita chips made in house is kitchen trickery to use up old stale pitas so they should not be more expensive than a bag of Lays. It's a complete rip off for what you get. Save your money. Not worth it at all.
