Never seen a new one before so we stopped by on a Saturday morning for breakfast. Did you know they have a senior menu for ages 55+ ? Well, they do. Also kiddie food. And food for everyone else too. The usual breakfast stuff ofpancakes and waffles, bacon and eggs. Lunch fare of burgers and fried this n that. Coffee was okay, not stellar but about whatyou'd expect here. Orange juice was ice cold and good. Syrups on the table included regular, blueberry, strawberry, andpecan. Wait staff seems really nice and really hard working! Lots of families, seniors and even just good friends hanging outhere and enjoying a sunny morning. Yes, because they have outdoor dining!! Very nice. Great spot to grab a meal or meet withbuddies. Ample parking. Easy access from a couple different sides. Again, it is a diner, not a fancy food place, so just enjoythose basics and not having to cook or do the dishes. Glad this IHOP is here.

So we decided to try it out and figured it would be like all the others. We were very surprised of what a great experience we had. First off they told us that they were very understaffed. You would have never knew it. Our server(Katie) was amazing and was on top of everything. She was super friendly and we enjoyed talking with her. And what we thoughtwas the manager (Rick) was awesome also. Come to find out that he was a new hire of only a couple days. Both of theseindividuals deserve so much love and appreciation for their work above and beyond our expectations.

Despite them being... read more My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience here. The manager is very friendly and isn't afraid to step in when the staff is short handed. Despite them being short handed today we had very friendly and efficient service and the few staff members weredoing a great job of keeping the restaurant space clean. Our server Christina always had a big smile on her face even when shewasn't interacting with customers. A wonderful first visit for this new location thank you guys!

They had apple sauce to add for my 9 month old. Their shakes were phenomenal. For being busy the food was stillprompt, as well as delicious and staff was friendly. Surprisingly everything was very well put together and the rhythm to getyou in, seated, and fed was precise. I will definitely be returning.

Unfortunately, the food fell short of our expectations. The fries were served cold and seemed more like leftover crumbs than fresh fries. My steak dish came with very few fries, and they lacked the usual crispiness. Everything was disappointingly cold, and the steak tips were undercooked, rubbery, and flavorless—quite unappetizing. I think it might be best to wait another year for the kitchen to improve. When I shared our concerns at the end, they offered to remake the dish, but we didn’t have the time to wait. It would be great if they could ensure top quality from the start!
