Clean, friendly, yummy. Service was pretty quick. You could tell they were short staffed, but they put forth every effort to make our visit a pleasant one. What Jeff Jones doesn't like about Ihop:
Great waiter. He was so sweet and nice. I believe his name was Kaiden. as well as the rest of the staff. Not their fault the food was horrible. Fries was cold. We all had fries but most of us seemed like we had left over fries crumbs with our meals and barely any with my steak dish. Felt microwaved. No crunch for any of our fries. Food was cold. Lack of sauce in the the steak tip meal. Like the steak tips were barely... View all feedback.

Their signature sauce, while simple, paired well with both fries and chicken while not taking away from the flavors of the sweeter items. Good did not all come out at the same time. Kids platter was missing some components that changed it from happy pan akes to chocolate overload. Overall, good enough to earn my tip.
Well, when we walked in there were about 5-7 groups in front us. That was very surprising since the parking lot of only about half full. Looked around and stopped counting at 15 clean and open tables. The hostess said it would be about 20 minutes for a table. I thought that was odd considering how empty it was. Then thought well maybe they don't have staff for that section. That was not the case at all. The manager came up and told someone to fill all the tables. That personleft, assuming went to break. Someone else came up and started seating groups very slowly. After about 30 minutes total waiting I interrupted a conversation between two hostesses. I asked what was taking so long to seat all the groups whenthere were so many open tables. She told me the manager said to seat one group ever 5-10 minutes. So we were waiting for no reason. The server was pleasant and did we good job. Now onto the food. For only about half the tables full it tooka surprisingly long time to get our food. No large groups not very busy. Not sure what's going on with that. The portions all seemed like they were off the kids menu. Seems the prices have gone up and the portions have gone down. Being abrand new building and open less than a week I can understand some of the learning curve as all of the seating staff seemed to be very young and this might be their 1st job. But for a manager to tell them to wait that long to seat people isunbelievable. If they are trying to manage the work flow for the kitchen staff they should at least seat people and let the servers manage that with staggering orders going back.

Lack of sauce in the the steak tip meal. Like the steak tips were barely fried and rubbery tasted bland and yuck! It wasdisgusting. Maybe give it another year so chef can improve! I told them at the end they said they could?ve made it again. But we we?re too busy to wait all over again. ?Just do it right to YOU?RE BEST the 1st TIME?
