Tokyo Express Iii - Fredericksburg

The Singapore noodles appeared to have been reheated a few days ago. The texture was rubbery and didn't even resemble noodles. Typically, Singapore noodles are yellow when I order them from other restaurants, but these seemed old.

When I was ordering my food I ordered a chicken Chow mein I asked multiple times if it was like lo mein knowing some places call it something else and they said yes it was noodles. When I pick up my food and get home. It was just veggies with crispy noodles like for soup. I called them told them that’s not what I wanted and instead of making it right the kept saying that’s what you asked for I told you multiple times it was veggies. Which is not what they said if I’m asking for noodles they should’ve said it’s not noodles maybe you’re talking about Angel hair. Long story short they argued on the phone about not wanting to exchange it or refund me. NEVER ordering from here again (keep in mind I was calm the whole time and I’m a regular customer)

Amazing! We just moved nearby and ordered for the first time, and it will be probably be the only place we order Chinese or Japanese take out from now on. The food was absolutely wonderful, everything tasted fantastic and it was prepared very quickly! We love that we can get Japanese and Chinese dishes in one place, at at such great quality! Can’t wait to come back. If you haven’t tried it, you should!

The work was nasty, shrimp was old or something. Shrimp fried rice was not what its called. I'll never eat there again

I order the shrimp egg foo young and they burned it. Terrible customer service. Instead of replacing it they handed it out like this. It was very nasty outside that I wanted to get home. Very disappointed in my experience
