Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt

The restaurant is quite expensive considering the average quality of the frozen yogurt and mediocre toppings. However, they offer a wide selection of flavors and maintain a very clean environment. Unfortunately, you could save a lot more money by purchasing frozen yogurt and toppings from a store and making it at home.

We love the wide selection of frozen yogurt flavors, the endless toppings, the enjoyable atmosphere, and the friendly staff at this restaurant. However, today we were a bit taken aback by the price of $16 for 2 servings. Additionally, we were surprised to find out that they were completely out of napkins, which should not happen in a dining establishment.

The FroYo at this restaurant is excellent, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The staff was friendly and greeted us warmly when we arrived.

I have never been to a sweetfrog or frozen yogurt shop in my life, so I figured it was about time. I went inside and was immediately greeted by the young lady at the counter who really put the ?sweet? in sweet frog. I told her it was my first time here and she graciously showed me the process and talked to me about the loyalty card and how I can save money on my next cup! I inquired about a certain flavor I was looking for, and she left her station at the counter to kindly show me where it was. Definitely grade A customer service! Environment was also clean and friendly, and not too busy at all! Left feeling satisfied and hope that other sweetfrog/ restaurant workers can take notes from this amazing associate.

My wife and I came in one afternoon just before 3pm, and until we said something, we did not see an employee in the location. The reason I'm not going 1 star is because the frozen yogurt is always good.
