What G Garrett doesn't like about Subway:
This place is junk. I call to place an order....to make it easier on everyone...and they refused to take it. Luckily there are 2 more within a mile from there. I'll never give them my business again. The owner should fire the girl that refused to help me....or get his own act together. I mean....it's not the busiest store anyway. They should be glad I ordered....or tried...from them. I was in subway today when a really old man came in and asked for the buy one get one half off sub. He said he saw it on tv, the lady told him he needs to have the coupon and he couldn?t have the deal!! Do better subway!! We should be taking care of our senior citizens not telling them ?no you need the coupon?
The staff at this subway location display very poor behavior. They really shouldn't be working in this environment.
I just spent $50 on gift cards and noticed a sign that offers a free 6-inch sub when you purchase $25 in gift cards. However, I didn't receive one. This is exactly why I prefer cooking my own meals at home instead of dealing with people.
This is the worst Subway location I've ever visited. We usually go to the Breezewood location, but I had to stop by here after going to PetSmart. All four of our sandwiches were poorly made. My husband's steak and cheese sub was missing the peppers and had only a couple of onion slices with barely any meat. The other sandwiches also had very few toppings. We definitely won't be returning to this location.
