Subway - Fredericksburg

Fresh veggies, quick service clean lobby. Such a sweet lady made my sandwich!

This location is close to my job, so I frequent it. There is always only one person working at a time which makes dealing with multiple customers during the lunch rush difficult. The last couple times I?ve been the lady only put two slices of meat on my sub, and told me that if I wanted more I would have to pay double. Same with the veggies. If I ask for pickles they will only put five on. Literally. It?s just a badly run operation over there.

I did the $5 promo because I saw the commercial that they brought it back. I got there and my order wasn't ready. They had no bread! The told me to come back in an hour when the bread was ready. I still showed up and picked up the order. That was a mistake. I got home and I noticed a sub was missing from the order. I called and spoke to management and was told that they couldn't refund me the missing sub! Please, stay away from this Subway at all costs!

I?ve been to many subways in Fredericksburg, by far this subway is my favorite one, just by chance I popped in, ordered my usual tuna sandwich, and their tuna was superb!! When asking for any additional toppings they are very royal????(from other subways in town, the tuna is so bad, the texture is like a mushy, fishy paste, I end up disposing of my sandwich, and when requesting additional toppings..it?s like squeezing blood from a stone)

Terrible customer service, cut my sub with a knife covered in oil and mayonnaise WHEN I DID NOT GET ANY ON MY SUB, also put various condiments on when I simply said no Thank you, just plain. Began to smear and attempt to wipe them off before wrapping it up although it was already covered on the sub and disgusting. Being the gentleman I am, I payed for the sub, however I'm very displeased with this particular store.
