Contribute FeedbackThe Red Lobster experience seemed to vary greatly among customers, with some facing long wait times, slow service, and chaos among the wait staff. However, others found the food to be delicious and the service attentive. Despite some issues with cold food and forgotten orders, many enjoyed their meals and appreciated the military discount offered. The Lobster Lover's Dream dish was a favorite among patrons, though pricey. Overall, opinions on Red Lobster seemed to be mixed, with some diners pleasantly surprised by their experiences while others were disappointed with the service and wait times.
I had not been to a Red Lobster in a lot of years because of two not so good experiences at other locations. Crossed my fingers as I made a reservation based on positive reviews. I was really pleasantly surprised as both myself and my friend really enjoyed our meals!
While the service once seated was very good, not sure why Red Lobster is even on open table. The reservation is essentially a “put name on list” but when we got theree, we were told name is not on the list unless you check in in person, even with open table, so waited minutes just as if we were walk ins. Throw in that you also get no points at red lobster. Defeats whole purpose of the app
We scheduled priority seating several hours before we arrived. We waited minutes after the scheduled time. Apparently the OpenTable app only places you in the list, and once you get there and checkin that’s when your time starts. Considering this, I don’t understand what good the app is. We also had a long drr egg lay between appetizers and main course
We entered early and it was great to be seated quickly. Once seated waiter came by relatively fair amount of time. Towards middle of dinner the waiter took longer and longer to attend to our needs. Our birthday daughter ordered crab leg. Took till the end of everyone else’s meal to receive. It was if the waiter disappeared. Our daughter never got her birthday celebration. No acknowledgment from anyone after informing the waiter. Took long time for management to attend. We had to track someone down to pay our bill. Long line of people to be seated. A lot of open tables. Dirty floor. Appearance of chaos with wait staff. Appeared no one had a station to focus on
Overall everything was good. The temperature of the food could’ve been better. My lobster bisque was cold, they forgot my daughter’s food and our server was a little slow and kept forgetting things and it wasn’t very busy yet. Besides those things, my family enjoy the meals and the biscuits of course
