Mcdonald's - Fredericksburg

Almost every time I have come here, they get my order wrong. Today was the last straw. 3 out of 5 items from our order were wrong. One item that was wrong was also extremely brunt and crunchy, to the point it was inedible. Since I'm used to items being wrong here we checked our bag before leaving, and no one would come back to the window to help us. They just stared at us. They clearly saw we were still there and waving at them for their attention. Had to go inside to not hold everyone up. Major attitudes when we did come in. I understand it's McDonald's and we shouldn't expect much, but at the same time it shouldn't be hard to read the notes on orders. It's your job to.I try not to be so negative in my reviews, but this place is just ridiculous every time I go. Will find another one that hopefully does better.

The mcD I grew up with with is so long gone.....so short handed.....to say thank you....I'm sorry for the employees that can't escape ?

This is the BEST mcdonalds in the area! I specifically come to this one instead of the others. The employees actually care about the food AND the customers! Food almost always comes out fresh. Employees are very nice. Always napkins in the bag and never forgets my sauces. 10/10

Food was made quickly and correct.Kid-friendliness: This location did have a children's play area.

Every time i go in a mcdanalds, i end up wishing i didnt. Today is probably the last time. I watched a lady in the back cleaning and sweeping, she literally finish doing that then proceeded to handle food without changing her gloves. Its bad enough the prices are getting outragouse, and the lack of proper food handling is non existent, but also takes way to long to get an order AND its usually wrong.
