Theres usually either a female or a male working at the front, the female always picks up and never disappoints, the male constantly leaves you on hold for 6-10 minutes or until you hang up and constantly can be heard barking at the employees in the back. Victoria is the sweetest and loveliest employee I have encountered in a really long time. Almost 18 hours later and I’m still thinking about the service we received by her.
