Great American Fredericksburg

Probably the best buffet in the area! While the selection isn't huge, every item I tried was delicious and well-prepared. The fried chicken thighs were huge and had a tasty batter over the crispy skin. The steak was cooked perfectly to my liking (medium). I didn't have much dessert, but the ice cream was so good, I wanted to go back for more. The service and hospitality were excellent and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting with family or friends - it's affordable and worth it!

I had a group of 35 people and called Bruce a few days in advance. We got lost trying to find the restaurant, but once we spoke to Bruce, he gave us the right directions. When we arrived, Bruce was waiting for us and had reserved a room with plenty of space. The food was amazing and our server Nathaniel was excellent, very attentive to our group's needs. Big thanks to Bruce and the team for a fantastic experience, we enjoyed everything. Thank you so much.

I recently visited this restaurant for lunch, as I have done several times before. I have always enjoyed the food, and the prices are very reasonable for seniors. Unfortunately, during this visit, while sitting at our booth, we discovered four roaches crawling out from the back and along the back of the booth. This was very unsettling, and we decided to leave without finishing our meal. I understand that it can be difficult to keep roaches away, as they may come in boxes from suppliers, but seeing them in the seating area was too much for me to handle. We will not be returning to this restaurant. I did inform the manager about the issue, and he apologized and did not charge us for the food. However, I believe that upper management should address this issue with a deep cleaning and bug extermination.

Went to eat lunch there which we did quite often. Have always enjoyed the food and the price is very reasonable for seniors. While sitting at our booth we had 4 roaches crawl out of the back of the booth and crawl along the back. We didn't stay to finish our meal. Trust me I know its hard to keep the roaches way because as clean as a restaurant can be they will still have them come in the boxes from the supplier, but having them in the seats out in the public area is more than I can handle. We won't be going back!!! Further note I did bring it to the attention of the manager who apologized and didn't charge us for the food, Upper management needs to do some deep cleaning and debugging.

Like the best buffet dishes in the opposite! no overwhelming selection, but I went twice and only about any product I had was delicious and well cooked! the fried chicken legs are as big as they come and the teig tastes excellent over the skin. the steak was cooked to perfection, as I love my cooked medium. I can't talk too much on the gloomy, but that ice will want you more. the service and the hospitality are also very satisfied and friendly! love this place! I recommend it to anyone who visits with family or friends, and it will not break their wallet!
