Classic Southern fare. While the portion was bigger than I expected, and in a nontraditional format, it was tasty enough. Server was excellent, very helpful and fast. Altogether a great place for breakfast or brunch. View all feedback.

There is a lot of potential here, but the meal had a lot of ups and downs. First, the good parts? the sausage gravy was great! The potatoes and eggs had lots of flavor and were great too. Also the staff was very nice and attentive. Now for the not so great, although my biscuit was baked well, my wife?s came out doughy and neither had much flavor. This place was unique and amazing! Leave your diet behind because this is definitely for a well-deserved cheat meal! We ordered a cinnamon bun, (large biscuit w/ icing drizzle and whip cream and an Appomattox sandwich (fried and rich, filled with ham and cheese, topped with strawberries and whip cream best of both worlds! I couldn't believe how big theses plates were. The waitress was extremely nice and service was good- Side note: Way to much food, but so Yummmm!
This is definitely a spot for biscuit enthusiasts. If you're a fan of biscuits and breakfast foods, this is the place to be. It's a charming little restaurant in downtown Fredericksburg with excellent service. It's definitely worth a visit!
We were out shopping and just needed a quick breakfast stop. Randy greeted us warmly, and we were seated in less than five minutes. He was incredibly kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We were asked to switch tables to make room for a larger group, which was totally fine, but the staff treated us to cookies and cinnamon rolls as a thank you for moving. Our food arrived promptly and tasted fantastic! Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
My Bestie treated me here for my birthday. Great Customer Service lacked tremendously. Some of the food was good (waffle was amazing), while the steak was not cooked well done (came out medium).
Large portions, good food. They were out of creamer the morning I went, but the server was nice and I just used milk instead. The hollandaise on my meal was broken, still tasty, but was perfect on my husband's.
