If you're heading there for lunch or dinner, do yourself a favor: if they have fried chicken on the menu, don't pass it up! All three of us ordered it, and we were all impressed. The servings of fried chicken were huge, and the sides were generous too. I couldn't resist trying the cottage cheese topped with apple butter—such a delicious Pennsylvania Dutch touch. The fried chicken is among the best I've ever had, possibly even better than the renowned spots in the South. The prices are quite reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, and our waitress was friendly and attentive (I left a generous tip for her). Just to emphasize—make sure to order the fried chicken! We’re already looking forward to returning in the spring. Can't wait!

Good place to eat before going to Penn National Racetrack/Hollywood Casino. Quality food at reasonable price. Enjoy!
